Terms and Conditions

Security policy:

If you order a product on our website ( www.finestfoodathome.com or www.finestfoodsathome.co.uk ), you accept the following conditions. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions before ordering products in case there are any changes, these terms conditions are subject to change at any time deemed mecessary.

“we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties”



Availability:

Normally, all products on the website are available and will be delivered within 24 hours, (please refer to our delivery page for exact information) however if there is a problem with the availability of an item, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or by email .If we can’t contact you to offer an alternative product we will send to you your order without the original product, out of stock.


Refunded items:

Products displayed on the website may occasionally be unavailable and/or may be out of stock. A full refund will be made if we are unable to deliver your product(s) and/or service(s). The refund will only be for the price of the product and/or service. Our liability for any transaction will not be greater than the price charged for the product(s) and/or service(s) pertaining to the transaction in question. Your information: You guarantee that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.


Pricing:

All orders are subject to acceptance and products availability. Finestfoodsathome reserve the right to change any price on the website without notice, as few product's price may change every week. However the price quoted upon purchase will always stand.


Payment:

We use the Paypal payment method; you will need to have an account with them or a credit card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. SSL Cert


Returns:

If you want to return a product because you are not satisfied, please call our office 0207 622 1020. You will also need to write to us, explaining the reasons of your disstisfaction.

Order Acknowledgement:

Once your order is completed, we will send you an email confirmation of your order. We will confirm the product you ordered, the quantity you ordered, the price, applicable VAT, applicable shipping & postage charges and delivery address. If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you to inform you of this and provide you with the reason for our being unable to accept your order. We aim to do this in a timely manner.


Legal Jurisdiction:

Any commercial dealings or contracts entered into with finestfoodsathome and the Terms & Conditions of Trade contained herein shall be governed by English Law. Any disputes which may arise are subject to English Law and shall be addressed and decided exclusively by the courts of England.


Images and Graphic Depictions:

Images on our website are intended for guidance only and are not necessarily displayed to scale or exact colour definition. Graphic depictions may not, therefore, be identical to actual products and should be used for general guidance only.


Delivery:

You will need to refer to the delivery page on our website. We do not accept any responsibility for the state of a parcel that is sent back to a courier depot due to a recipient not being at the shipment address. Please note that finestfoodsathome does not accept responsibility for the third party delivery of the goods that you order with us. From time to time products may not arrive on time as requested, Our company can no unfortunately accept responsibility.

Perishable Food Excluded from 'Cooling-Off' Period:

The perishable foods we sell on this website are excluded from your statutory right to withdraw purchases within the seven working day 'cooling-off' period. The cooling off period does not apply to perishable food items.

Frozen or chilled Foods:
Any goods ordered from finestfoodsathome that are frozen or chilled, will be sent out with gel packs to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to unpack the goods and place them back into a suitable freezer or chest, in order to maintain the frozen temperature of the goods. finestfoodathome does not accept responsibility for any products that have not been replaced back into the freezer upon immediate delivery.
